Dec. 2025 - Review Events of 2025, Plan for 2026

With all of the busyness of the holiday season, we haven’t had enough time to put together a regular program for December!

Rather than postponing, we decided to keep our regularly scheduled meeting time to do a recap of the successes and challenges we had in 2025, and brainstorm ideas for how we can make 2026 even better!

We can also use this time to talk about how the major events of 2025 have either contributed to political polarization, or offered hopeful signs that change is happening.

Please note that this month’s in-person meeting is at the BEARDEN library, not Fountain City like the last few have been!

1. Review of the Braver Angels Way and Introductions

2. 2025 Review: what worked well? What can we do better? How have the events of 2025 contributed to polarization? What hopeful signs have we seen?

3. 2026 Planning: what topics do we want to cover? What additional events should we organize other than the monthly meetings?

4. Open discussion for any questions, comments, or suggestions for future activities.
